Gary is a proven leader in Emergency Management and Environmental Health and Safety with over 25 years of diverse experience that includes Public Safety, Risk Management, EH&S and Regulatory Compliance and Business Continuity.

Gary provides strategic consulting services to the industrial, corporate, private and University sector in all areas of Environmental Health and Safety, Risk Management, Emergency Preparedness and Business Continuity.

Gary was the Managing Director of Environmental Health, Safety and Emergency Management for Harvard University. Gary left Harvard in 2015 to start Game Plan Consulting and moved to Clifton Park, NY in 2016.

In his 18 years at Harvard University in Cambridge, MA he served in several positions as Safety Manager, University Operations and Emergency Management Director and Managing Director of Environmental Health, Safety and Emergency Management. Prior to his employment at Harvard, Gary worked for Arthur D. Little, Inc. as a consultant in safety compliance, industrial hygiene and hazardous waste site investigation. He is a Tufts University graduate in Engineering and Environmental Health with a Masters in Public Health.

He has extensive experience in developing occupational health and safety plans, environmental engineering, training, drills and exercises. He is versed in all areas of regulatory compliance and has the skills and knowledge necessary to work with all levels of an organization while maintaining a unique, practical and affordable approach to safety, health and compliance.

Gary lives with his wife and 9 year old daughter in Saratoga County, NY
